Here are Adara’s emails and our replies.  As you can see (starting from the top is the most recent) there was no mention of discolored food but merely a concern about dry ice touching the food through a 1mm tear in the package.  No mention of defrosting or discolored product that were later claimed in the review.

As you can see we answered promptly, factually, and professionally.

Dry ice touching food is harmless, even if it could happen through that tiny hole — we use 10lb blocks of dry ice which are much too large to enter the packaging.

Further, dry ice is -100’F, too cold for any bacteria or anything harmful to live.

Less than 1mm crack in the seal
This product is defrosted, evidenced by water droplets. The break is barely visible. When the product arrived it was frozen.
