All food is made by hand, to-order, using premium quality human-grade ingredients with common and exotic meats like ostrich, kangaroo, camel, venison, quail, squab, and the like.

Part-time PORTIONER, start immediately
Hours: Tuesday-Wednesday 9a to 5p, Thursday 9a-2p
Start $15hr.
Dependable: $100 cash bonus for 10wks with no days missed/no call-ins.
Paid every Friday. Must have a bank account, direct deposit only. Requires a connected smartphone to clock-in/out.

Duties:
– Hand portion ground meat into various sizes (16oz, 24oz, 32oz and custom sizes)
– Measurements need to be PRECISE and CONSISTENT
– Operate a portioning scale: zero, correct unit of measure, etc
– Make portions to the correct shape
– Hand mix ground meat, ensuring thorough and complete mixture
– Lift 40lbs, some working with a knife
– Maintain a spotless and organized work area
Skills:
– Work on your feet, standing for most or all of the shift
– Keep your work area spotless and organized
– Attention to detail
– Move fast, efficiently, multi-task, show initiative, work as a team
– Read, write, and Speak English
– Be on time and dependable
– Follow instructions to the letter
– Safety oriented
You will be required to produce 6 portions per minute after 1wk of training
