I have used the courier service twice and both times it has been flawless. The food comes into the Cleveland, Ohio airport and a courier picks it up almost immediately and drives it the 81 miles to my home. Food comes faster than using FedEx and shipping is much cheaper. What is not to love about that?! Perfect for those on the east coast who want to save on shipping.For those wondering, I have left a tip in a clearly marked envelope on the bench and they refuse to take it.

Courier service from the airport is saving us a lot of money by shipping and receiving that way. They come at a time that is convenient for us. If you have Southwest Airlines close to your home and are unable to go pick it up, use the courier service.
