A subscription is also known as a Auto-Renew, or Auto-Bill. You sign up by selecting the Subscribe button on products in the store that are eligible for subscriptions. You then set the parameters: products, quantities, and interval for the subscription. By doing so you give Fetching Foods and our payment portal permission to charge your credit card or form of payment for the price of the subscription renewal. You may add, change, delete, reschedule, or cancel your subscription in whole or part at any time.
Once a subscription has processed, if you want to cancel that order, you must contact us immediately.
When you setup and activate a subscription you’ll receive repeat duplicate orders until the subscription is modified. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. By doing so you give Fetching Foods and our payment portal permission to charge your credit card or form of payment for the price of the subscription renewal.
Your payment details are stored securely by our payment portal, not by Fetching Foods, and your payment method will be charged for each order, unless you cancel your subscription.
All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration you set. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you must cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order and for subscription management.
