Our handmade, small batch broths are simmered over the course of 36hrs, distilling and concentrating a powerful mix of detoxifying and healing nutrients like glycine, collagen, magnesium, and glucosamine.

Broths can help the liver to clear out toxins present in food, water and the environment, strengthen the intestinal lining and ease digestion, bolster the immune system, and ease achy joints.

The broths are made with our same small farm, high-quality, human-grade organic ingredients*.  When we debone our rabbit, duck, and pheasant we use the bones in the broth.  Our veal broth is BONELESS for those who are worried about phosphorous levels (kidney friendly).

Pro Tip: pour broth in an ice cube tray and freeze.  Then pull out one cube when ready to serve.  Serve to taste.
